Dr. Prabhjot Dhami is a postdoctoral fellow in the School of Mechatronics Systems Engineering at Simon Fraser University. He received his PhD from the University of Toronto, where he investigated the clinical and neurophysiological effects of brain stimulation treatments for depression in youth. His doctoral research was supported by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR). He then joined Dr. Faranak Farzan at Simon Fraser University as a CIHR-funded postdoctoral fellow. His current research focuses on identifying neurophysiological markers of depressive symptoms and treatment response, and on developing brain stimulation approaches to target and improve specific symptoms.
