Paul Winston

Dr. Paul Winston is a physiatrist and Medical Director for Rehabilitation and Transitions at Island Health, and a Clinical Associate Professor in the UBC Department of Medicine’s Division of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He conducts research on spasticity, spinal cord and nerve injury, and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome through the Victoria Peripheral Nerve and Spasticity Clinic. This world-renowned, interdisciplinary clinical program is based at Victoria General Hospital, where Dr. Winston and his team have developed novel treatments that provide significant improvements to patients and shared them with clinicians around the world, helping to improve treatment options for spasticity patients globally.
