Mohinder Mann

With over two decades of diverse nursing and leadership experience across acute care, community health, and long-term care, Mohinder Mann is a dedicated healthcare professional recognized for advancing quality, safety, and evidence-informed practices. She has held key roles such as Quality Assurance Coordinator, Infection Control Practitioner, and Clinical Operations Manager, where she led initiatives in quality improvement, outbreak management, and system redesign. Her passion for knowledge translation is reflected through her contributions to MicroResearch, HQBC’s Quality Academy, and the 2025 Knowledge Translation Challenge. She also serves as a Technical Committee Member for the Health Standards Organization, contributing to the development and review of national healthcare standards. As a sessional instructor and mentor, she actively supports professional development and clinical excellence among nursing students and new graduates. With a strong foundation in nursing science (MScN, BScN), she is committed to integrating ethical, equitable, and evidence-based care across the health continuum.
