Michelle Takeuchi

Michelle Takeuchi is a Registered Nurse and Vaccine Educator at the BC Centre for Disease Control and a PhD student in the School of Population and Public Health at the University of British Columbia. Over the past 13 years, she has worked in several areas of public health, including communicable disease control, immunization programs, and sexual and reproductive health. Her research interests include the implementation and evaluation of public health programs, with particular interests in how health systems can foster trust, improve equitable access to preventive health services, and strengthen vaccination systems.
