Jenny Hamilton Harding

Jenny Hamilton Harding is an Operations Director with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), where she provides leadership for complex health system initiatives focused on improving access, quality, and outcomes in Vancouver. Jenny is a registered Occupational Therapist and received her Masters in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in 2015. Throughout her career, Jenny has championed innovative approaches to healthcare delivery, with a particular focus on integrated care, mental health and substance use services, and health system improvement. She is passionate about translating evidence into practice and supporting research-informed decision-making that strengthens healthcare services and improves the experience of patients, families, and care teams. Her work emphasizes co-design, equity, and continuous quality improvement to ensure that health services are responsive to the needs of diverse populations. As an Operations Director at VCH, she brings a practical systems perspective to healthcare research and innovation, helping bridge the gap between research, policy, and implementation.
