My research interests are rooted in health equity, driven by 15 years of direct practice as a social work clinician, collaborating within transdisciplinary health teams. As a postdoctoral fellow in nursing, my research explores the mental health experiences of autistic and ADHD women, using critical grounded theory to include marginalized perspectives and uncover systemic barriers in clinical environments. I have led multiple healthcare and government research initiatives with integrated knowledge translation output. My work continues to bridge the gaps between academic inquiry and practical care delivery.
