As a team of five, we bring complementary educational, clinical, leadership, and learner perspectives that strengthen this work. Caroline connects student-led research, education, and clinical practice, fostering mentorship and knowledge mobilization through clinical-academic partnerships. Damen contributes expertise as a former Clinical Nurse Educator and current health-system leader focused on capacity and flow, offering insights into workforce development and acute-care challenges. Janelle, an Accelerated Nursing Program student, helped develop this project through an evidence-based research course, providing a current learner perspective. Laura began this work in nursing and now studies medicine, contributing an interdisciplinary lens on learner experiences, collaborative practice, and preparing providers for northern, rural, and Indigenous communities. Santiago, a graduate learner and Teaching Assistant, brings the perspective of an internationally educated nurse, enriching the work through insights into learner support, transition experiences, and inclusive pathways into practice.
