Strategic direction

Mobilizing action on health research priorities

Research is vital to tackling BC’s most pressing health challenges, and progress requires collaboration. By connecting people with lived experience, researchers, policymakers, and care providers, we generate evidence that leads to real, lasting change.

Guided by our strategy, we advance research in priority areas, co-design initiatives to support Indigenous-led research, and invest in improving seniors’ care.

By 2028, we aim for improved outcomes, stronger support for Indigenous-led research, and sustained, evidence-based care for seniors across BC.
